After the factory produces the blanks for the caps, they will go to the metalizing process if there's a design requirement. Before starting metalizing, workers will clamp the blanks on the production line and manually remove the surface dust from the blanks.

To prevent the blanks from falling off, the workers will also use tools to hammer the blanks tightly to reinforce them on the production line. After that, high-temperature dust removal and pre-temperature will be carried out for secondary cleaning.

In order to increase the adhesion, the blanks will be sprayed with a clear primer. After the primer is applied, it needs to be baked by a UV lamp. Then blanks can be transferred to the metalizing furnace. Assemble and hang in the vacuum metalizing furnace for metalizing treatment.

After the metalizing is completed, the product will be sprayed with a layer of transparent protective oil, after a protective oil layer, and then a UV lamp to complete the metalizing.

After metalizing is completed, we can start the quality control and packing.
