In the perfume industry, glass bottles serve not merely as vessels for fragrance but as vital conduits through which brands convey their aesthetic vision. Preliminary preparation forms the foundation for successful screen printing. Before commencing, the supplier finalises the print content with the client. Once confirmed, the supplier produces the corresponding screen. The supplier selects glass-specific printing ink and mixes it according to color requirements.

Workers place bottles onto the production line, where an air gun blows away any dust from their surfaces.

Secure the printing stencil onto the printing machine, aligning it with the intended printing position on the glass bottle. First print 2-3 bottles to verify that the print is clear and correctly positioned. Should any issues arise, adjust either the stencil or the ink.

If there are no issues, proceed with the formal batch printing.

Once printing is complete, remove the item and place it on a wooden board to allow the ink to dry naturally.

Once the printing has dried, inspect the print for completeness and absence of ink leakage. Gently scrape the surface to test the ink's adhesion; if satisfactory, proceed to subsequent stages.
