If the bottle breaks when you crimp the pump or press the collar, there are so many reasons why it happens. The reason may be that the pump crimping machine or the collar pressing machine doesn’t match the perfume bottle. Check if the machine you using is the corresponding one, if it’s not, you need to get the machine that matches your perfume bottles. But if it’s the corresponding one, you need to adjust the machine correctly.

And if you are using manual machines, not automated ones. Too much force will cause the bottle to burst as well. You need to control the force when you use the machines.

If the perfume bottle is completely filled with perfume and there’s no space reserved to prevent bottle rupture due to thermal expansion and contraction of the external environment. So, when you fill your perfume, allow some space and don't fill the bottle to the brim.

The last cause may be that when the glass bottle is in production, the annealing time and temperature are not well controlled. If this happens to you, it is the responsibility of the supplier, who did not handle your product to the strictest standards when it was manufactured.
